Smoked spinach, hazelnut and roasted garlic fried ravioli with sauce nostrana and romano cheese

Seared salmon with dill and lemon beurre blanc, chili creme fraiche, and crispy potato stacks

Cold smoked dark chocolate and orange frozen custard with sugar glass and grand marnier caramel
